Fehlerbehebung in den beiden /includes/local und der Installationsanleitung

Beim Einrichten einer lokalen Kopie bzw. Testinstallation eines modified-shops gemäß https://www.modified-shop.org/wiki/Configure.php fällt auf:
- Im Verzeichnis includes/local/ fehlt die configure.org die lt. README vom Installer angelegt werden soll.
- Das Verzeichnis admin/includes/local/ wurde vom Installer nicht angelegt. Daher fehlen dort eine README und die entprechende configure.org.
- In der Installationsanleitung (zuletzt: M_modified-shop_2.0.4.2-r11374_install_bitte erst lesen__Installation.txt) sollte unter Pkt. 1.3 auch für die Konfigurationsdatei Admin (admin/includes/configure.php) die Rechtevergabe 444 empfohlen werden.

Zu 1.) Die Wiki-Seite ist uralt und nicht für aktuelle Shopversionen anzuwenden!
Zu 2.) Da fehlt nichts. Der Installer erstellt die configure.php Datei nur im Ordner /includes/
Nur, wenn eine Datei im Ordner /includes/local/ vorhanden ist wird auf die zurück gegriffen.
Zu 3.) Wozu das? Die Datei includiert lediglich die Frontend Datei!
