Description

Bei der Bearbeitung von Ticket #711 ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Tabelle "coupons" noch eine seit je her unbenutzte Spalte "restrict_to_customers" besitzt.

Wir sollten diese Funktion noch verfügbar machen.
