Bitte mal r8644 prüfen, da hier über den "configuration_installer" Umlaute in die Datenbank geschrieben werden. Hat sich evtl. mit Korrektur von Ticket #614 von selbst gelöst?

Schein jetzt behoben zu sein obwohl im configuration_installer keine utf-8 Funktion ausgeführt wird.

Ich teste das mal mit einer Installation unter UTF-8 und gebe hier Feedback!
