Description

  1. Bestellung kann storniert werden, obwohl Status "versandt" => Ware ist ggf. nicht zurück.
  1. ggf. fehlt ein Status "Ware retouniert" => Bestand zurück buchen

Alternative:
Aufteilung des Status => Auftragsstatus (offen, storno, abgeschlossen), Lieferstatus (offen, geliefert, retouniert), Zahlstatus (offen, mahnung, bezahlt, gutschrift)

der Shopbetreiber sollte hier durchaus wissen was er tut...

as closed The owner will remain somebody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
