Shop Neuinstallation mit 2.07.2
PHP 8.0.29 (Zend: 4.0.29)
MySQL 10.3.39-MariaDB

Adminbereich / Konfiguration / Bestellstatus

Im Rohzustand sind 4 Positionen definiert.
Davon die ID1 / Offen als "Standard"

Neuen Status angelegt:
ID5 / Auftrag eingegangen --> das ist OK

Anschliessend ID5 bearbeiten und Häkchen bei Standard: ergibt weisse Seite und wird nicht abgespeichert.

Status: new → closed

Action
as closed The owner will remain somebody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
