Bezugnehmend auf das Ticket #2031 habe ich festgestellt, dass wenn eine Bestellung über 150 EUR getätigt wird, standardmäßig erst die Netto-, dann die MwSt mit dem Text "inkl. MwSt" und danach die Bruttosumme angezeigt wird. Möchte man jetzt nachträglich den Text "inkl. MwSt" auf "zzgl. MwSt" ändern, wird diese Änderung NICHT übernommen. Dies muss händisch direkt in der DB gemacht werden.

Getestet im ​DEV-Shop.

fix #2031, #2268 & #2475 - change text incl. tax if total greater than show_price_tax_total
