Description

In mehreren Files wird die Time Zone mittels date_default_timezone_set() gesetzt.
Sollte man das nicht einstellbar machen, damit der Shop auch in anderen Zeitzonen verwendbar ist und außerdem der Wert nicht überall wo er gesetzt werden muß hard-codiert im Code stehen muß ?
Am Besten in der configure.php.

reimplement r14514 (fix #2190 - set timezone global in configure) in _installer/templates/configure.php which was accidentally deleted in r14528 (update installer)
