die Dateien:
mcp_creditcard.php
mcp_debit.php
mcp_ebank2pay.php
mcp_prepay.php

jeweils um die Zeile 33 herum fehlt ein </div>

Ein zweiter Fehler:
In allen Sprachdateien, also auch in
..lang/german/modules/payment/

ist ein Formatierungsfehler, suche:

<div style="margin:10px;">

ersetze mit 

<div style="margin:10px; height:110px;">

Die Lösung ist ein bischen Template abhängig, hilft aber ...
