Hi,

Kann es sein, dass die Bedingung 

if (isset($quote['error'])) {

in der Datei includes/shipping_action.php nie wahr werden kann?

Wenn ich es richtig sehe, ist "$quote", welches zwei Zeilen zuvor definiert wird immer mehrdimensionales array und die if-abfrage müsste auf 

$quote[0]['error']

testen.
