​Redis (php-redis, nicht predis) als Cache ( phpfastcache ) unter PHP7

Die Konstante DB_CACHE_EXPIRE wird als string angelegt.

Hier fehlt evtl. eine Typumwandlung bei der Übergabe an phpfastcache. Dort wird für $time eine int erwartet.
