Nicht alle neuen Template-Funktionen sind mit Fallbacks ausgestattet

Diverse Template Modul-Dateien werden vorausgesetzt und werden die Log-Dateien des Shops unnötig füllen:

/module/paypal_express_cart.html (Fallback in Datei /includes/modules/paypal_express_cart.php per is_file Abfrage)
/module/popup_content.html
/module/product_tags.html
/module/products_category.html

/module/sub_content_listing.html
/module/wishlist.html

Hier sollten wir noch entsprechende is_file Checks ergänzen.
