nicht validierender p-tag um die AGB in checkout_payment

Description

Die AGB werden mittels eines Smarty-Platzhalters ins Template übergeben der bereits einen div-Container beinhaltet.
Im Template ist der Bereich jedoch in einen p-tag eingefasst:
<p class="checkoutagb">{$AGB}</p>
Sollte in div-tag gewandelt werden da ein div innerhalb eines p-tags nicht valide ist.
